Delta Management Systems, Inc. ("Delta Cleaning Systems") as it stands today is a full service management company specializing in providing complete upscale commercial janitorial services, floor and carpet care, installations and overall property management and building services.

Delta has been created as a Florida corporation based in Broward County, owned by its principal investors and principal operators. The initial office has been established in Weston, Broward County, Florida, centrally located to provide service to the tri-county area, which includes Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The officers of Delta have established relationships with organizations such as BOMA (Building Owners Management Association) and four various Chambers of Commerce including City, County and State.

Delta is currently undergoing or has performed and completed projects for companies such as Bryason Realty, PennFlorida, Coca Cola, Ocean Properties, HOAR Construction (Ritz-Carlton Resorts project), various government entities such as the Department of Transportation and Broward County

Delta is currently applying through the State (members already possess academic certification) for licensing of residential property management. Delta officers currently possess license and certification for commercial property management, commercial and residential floor installation (CFI) and a facility maintenance license.

Delta today is the inheritance of a concept established a long time ago. This, compiled with enhancements, new technology, and the latest commercial diversity ensures everlasting expansion and growth. The revolutionary practice of Delta to ensure top representatives is unique; with the exception of its predecessor who does not offer a competitive edge because of the fact that its range of business is presently out of harms way in connection to Delta.
