Delta Management Systems, Inc. ("Delta Cleaning Systems") as it stands today is a full service management company specializing in providing complete upscale commercial janitorial services, floor and carpet care, installations and overall property management and building services.

Delta is a Florida corporation based in Broward County, owned by its principal investors and principal operators. The main office is located in the town of Davie, in Broward County, Florida, centrally located to provide service to the tri-county area, which includes Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The officers of Delta have established relationships with organizations such as BOMA (Building Owners Management Association) and four various Chambers of Commerce including City, County and State.

Delta has performed and/or completed projects for companies such as Bryason Realty, PennFlorida, Coca Cola, Ocean Properties, HOAR Construction (Ritz-Carlton Resorts project), as well as various government entities such as the Department of Transportation and Broward County.

Delta is currently licensed in residential property management. Delta officers currently possess license and certification for commercial property management, commercial and residential floor installation (CFI) and a facility maintenance license.
